THE ROLE OF N.G.O

As we all know ‘The integrated development of the nation depends upon a healthy youth’.

So, our N.G.O – A.I.W.S that is “ALL INDIA WELFARE SOCIETY” soulfully took an initiative to construct a program that helps in the welfare of the youth in our society. This program was named ‘Youth Development’ and under this program, many of our social workers took an individual project that may help in the development of youth in rural and urban areas of Rajasthan such as community services, mentoring programs, raising funds, and connecting them to international N.G.O, etc.

PEACE BUILDING PROJECT

This project was executed by Jatin Deewan. where he with his whole team organized a session that was known as “peacebuilding session” in underprivileged areas such as rural, slum areas and also with that we registered them with schemes that were provided by the government that is “Berojgari Bhatta” scheme especially for generation of employment for the people of that area for income in which 20 females got selected and they are still getting income through that scheme.

SOCIAL-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

This project was carried by Ritu Jain. In this program she with her team managed to provide employment to the young females during the pandemic in small start-ups through tie-ups. They were given work such as taping, cloth bags, stamping etc which helped them to generate income.

FARMING TECHNOLOGY PROJECT

This project was led by Jaideep Singh Rathore. This project in Hanumangarh in Rajasthan with the motto of introducing technology to the farmers and how they can increase their crop productivity with the help of technology and this project has been successful even now. He and his team also helped the farmers to buy or rent machines for agriculture with the help of his tie up with Nagar Parishad’s at affordable price.

MENSTRUATION AWARENSS PROJECT:

It was a project which was formed for young girls and the girls who are in their teenage years so that they may get aware about menstruation cycle. It was led by Sanjoli Jain she with her team conducted session for particular topic mestruation in the rural district of Pali and other than that they were also going to install sanitary napkin wending machine but due to lock down its still on hold. Soon it will get installed with the permission of government.

MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH AWARENESS PROJECT

Sudden lock down due to pandemic for people especially for young minds our youth adolescents , teenagers. They all were in challenging zone emotionally mentally, psychologically, physically due to which many were getting in the trap of depression, anxiety etc while considering that Ayush Gautam and his team with help of Atulya school of yoga managed to provide sessions so that the people who are struggling they may feel better. And these youth had a positive impact through yoga and felt better.

KITCHEN GARDEN CONCEPT PROJECT

This project was led by Rajvee Patel in this she brought the concept of kitchen garden to urban area of Ahemdabad where she is living and the places nearby her.she explained the people how they can plant and grow vegetables at their own place while utilising the space even if ,it was small portion or area in their own house and this project was successful.

SOCIAL-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

This project was executed by Alpana Khnadelwal .it was program in which she used the material known as felt cloth and explained how it can help in employment generation such as With the help of felt cloth people can make felt cloth toys. so in her project she bought felt cloth and added 10 women in her project and asked them to make toys and these felt cloth toys were then sold to industries who sell it internationally as felt cloths are used in cold region to keep the kids warm through the making of toys to selling to the industries helped the women in employment generation.

PROVISION OF ONLINE EDUCATION SYSTEM

This project was carried by Anushree Soni who is from Ahemdabad . in this project she gave special opportunity for online mode of education to the children who used to go to AnganWaadi or government school but due to lock down they were not able to go to school to study so with the help of that they were again able to study she took help from Ahemdabad well known people and their companies so that they could help in providing laptops to the children and internet connection was given to the children with the fund she was given by PEACE FIRST. Still the classes are going on. And the students who are studying well she will enrol them to go good schools with help of R.T.E that is Right to education.

RATION-KIT PROJECT

This project was carried by Chanchal Jain who applied for ration-kit for the people who were in distress when the second lock down came and she gave out ration-kit to 20 families with funding she raised
